-i'm choosing to live well~~~(^_^)-

Hello everyone~~~ ^^

all of you must be courious to know how to get balanced daily beauty and health right?? :)) come,,join me on this entry! ^^ :))

First of all, i really love this rhyme quoted by Wayne Fields, What the River Knows, 1990


The best six doctors anywhere

And no one can deny it
Are sunshine, water, rest, and air
Exercise and diet.
These six will gladly you attend
If only you are willing
Your mind they'll ease
Your will they'll mend
And charge you not a shilling. 



Thus, i decided in my life that, i should appreciate all these awful six doctors that wil help me to stay healthy and live happily ever especially with my family, friends, and everyone that give their support to me. I'm choosing to live well for them~~ ^^  :))



Dearie all doctors,,i totally appreciate u all for let me having a superb and fabulous body and soul~~ ^^

  2. DR.WATER

  5. DR.EXERCISE 
  6. DR.DIET
Unfortunately,,i really love to eat all kind of delicious and wonderful foods~~ so,its pretty sorry to the last doctor, "DIET".. :((

oh no! i'm gonna miss all those  delicious food from now onwards~~owh....what a miserable thing~~:(( but,, i realised that discipline is the most important thing for me this time since i'm becoming 20 right now and  doctor to be~~no more teens year~~~ :(((  DISCIPLINE OKAY!

So, my dearie friends and readers,,lets join and practise all my 10 tips from now onwards! :)) 
Let us be healthy together! :))    


First of all,,(^_^)


1.)  Make room for mini meditations through out your day, close the door at your office or college, hold your calls, and just relax for five minutes. Hubert Benson, the co-founder of Harvard’s Benson-Henry Institute for Mind/Body Medicine, recommends doing this a few times throughout the day. It allows you to turn everything off and recharge. 






Next,of course i'm not smoking,,haha,,:)) but guys,please read this! (^_^)


2.)  With states increasing cigarette taxes and cities banning smoking in bars and restaurants there has never been a better time to quit smoking. Many employers, faith groups, and even some local governments offer resources to help you stop smoking for good. 






Lets move on next wonderful tip,, (^_^)


3.)  Make an effort to have a social life.  Getting bogged down in the stresses of daily life is easy to do. Make a promise to yourself to hang out with your friends at least once a week.   








Make sure! (^_^)


4.)  Be aware of your health. Get a physical this year, even if you had one last year you need to make it an annual event. Being proactive is the best way to maintain a healthy life.   









For those  with negative thinking,, (^_^)


5.)  Stay positive. It sounds simple, but if you try and keep a positive outlook on life you will find that you enjoy your work, family, and life in general a lot more.

6.)  Cut the calories back. This year instead of trying the next fad diet resolve to simply cut back your calorie intake.  






Keep on  exercise! (^_^)



7.)  Exercise daily. That doesn’t mean become a gym rat it means incorporate some kind of physical activity into your daily routine. It could be something as simple as going for a walk through the park every day, or going for daily bike rides. 







Daily verb! (^_^)


8.)  Make “wellness” a verb. Don’t think of health and wellness as something to reach for, or something to achieve. Think of as the way you live your life.  






No more caffeine please! (^_^)


9.)  Cut back the caffeine. Instead of drinking a pot of regular coffee every morning switch to a 50/50 coffee or caffeine free soft drinks. 






And the last but not least~~ (^_^)


10.)  Add a little “green” to your life. Mom really was right growing up, be sure to add fruits and vegetables to your meals every day. 






I'm pretty sure that,these changes, for the most part, are easy to work into your daily life and maintain all year long. (^_^) Believe me! :)) Let's enjoy this video;






For all those doctor to be out there,,i'm sure that majority of you are didn't get enough sleep, taking caffeine, lack of exercise, unbalanced diet and other unhealthy lifestyle. But please be aware that, we are doctors to be in approximately 3years from now on. Thus,,remember that,"do no harm" (primum non nocere) to our patient because of our own mistakes and unhealthy condition! (^_^) Remember this:
